AI agents, automation, apps, websites, systems and processes:Chaos reduced to zero_

We roll out one system for your whole company. Konik CRM and Konik Cortex (Second Brain) bring clients, tasks, email, invoices and team knowledge into one place, and we add websites, apps and automation when they make sense. We install it on your own hardware or run it for you, and we are responsible for keeping it working.

  • 1 system instead of 24 tools
  • Diagnosis · results in 48 h · from €552 net (€678.96 gross)

Prices are shown net and gross (23% VAT). Not an offer (Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code). Only an individual offer or agreement is binding.

See how we reduce the chaos

The problem isn't your product or service. It's the processes around them.

  • 01Enquiry waiting

An enquiry arrives in the evening or at the weekend and waits until Monday. In the meantime, the client asks your competitors.

  • 02Quote from scratch

A quote takes several days to put together by hand, even though the company has written most of it dozens of times before.

  • 03Departments apart

Administration, finance, HR and recruitment, sales and marketing work side by side instead of together: each department has its own software and its own spreadsheets. The board pieces the company together from scattered reports, and everyone loses hours retyping data and chasing answers.

  • 04Sales rep's time

A sales rep spends half the day on notes, reminders and retyping data. A system does that work in a few minutes.

  • 05Budget in the dark

Nobody knows for sure which channel brings in clients, so the budget goes where it always has.

You can measure each of these points in hours and money, and you can fix each one. We don't add yet another program. We connect your departments into one system, where the board sees the whole company from one place:

How we count: tools are categories for which we have our own module (e.g. Bitrix24, Trello, Asana, Slack, WhatsApp for the team: fully; Google Workspace, Notion, Comarch: partly); systems are Konik System modules running in production; agents are AI agents in Konik System code; processes are processes programmed in the engine plus scheduled CRM automations. Methods: 93 experts whose methods we use ("KONIK Experts 2026").

MRTIQ × Konik System · Systems combined

Creativity meets
technology.

The energy of an idea. Precision in delivery.
One connected ecosystem.

Everything starts with the core.

Konik CRM and Konik Cortex (Second Brain) are the core of every implementation. You add modules when they make sense.

Konik CRM

Your whole company in one window: clients, calls, documents and processes.

Today the client lives in a spreadsheet, emails in inboxes, files on drives and agreements in a chat on someone's phone. Konik CRM brings it into one system, and your processes guide people step by step, with a deadline and an owner.

  • Client card with the full history
  • Company email with your signature
  • Documents: one shared store and confidential folders
  • Video calls and team chat
  • Tasks, time tracking and a daily report

Each person sees only what they are allowed to see. When someone leaves, what they knew about the client stays in the company.

Konik Cortex (Second Brain)

An AI assistant that knows your company, sees the world and gets work done under your supervision.

It answers from company documents and data, always with the source, and looks up current information on the web. It creates tasks, email drafts and CRM entries, takes voice commands and, under supervision, operates a computer and browser. You choose the AI model, including a local one on your server.

  • Answers that show their source
  • Changes to approve, with an Undo button
  • Voice commands in the CRM and on the phone
  • Computer use: consent card, activity log, STOP
  • AI log with a cost limit

Cortex sees only what the person asking is allowed to see. Sensitive data is handled only by the local model.

A module for every department.

Eleven systems work on the same data, so the board sees the whole company from one place. Box twelve is the mrtiq dragon: AI training for your team.

Clients and processes

Konik CRM

Your whole company in one window: clients, calls, documents and processes.

Clients, tasks, email, voice calls, documents, video calls and team chat in one place. Processes guide people step by step. Each person sees only what they are allowed to see.

  • Client card with the full history
  • Voice calls from the client card
  • Documents: one store and links with an expiry date
  • Processes: stages, deadlines, owners, reminders

How we work

From Diagnosis to a working system.

  1. Diagnosis

In 48 hours of work we review your processes and programs department by department. You get a written report: processes, systems, a classification of AI tools and a recommendation on where to start.

  2. Implementation

We implement in stages, starting with the core. The first processes run before we finish the rest, and your team gets trained.

  3. Maintenance

We install the system on your premises or run it for you on EU servers, and we are responsible for keeping it working.

Your data under your control, decisions with people.

EU servers or your own

The system runs on servers in the European Union or on a server in your company. Every client has a separate environment.

A person approves

AI prepares, a person decides. Nothing goes out without a click from someone with the right permissions.

Role-based access

Each person sees only what they are allowed to see, and logins are protected by two-step verification.

GDPR and the AI Act

We label AI-generated content, and every model call goes into a log with a cost limit.

08 · About us · People and technology

Know-how turned into code.

Konik System is people who know how companies work from hands-on experience, and technology that puts those processes in order. Meet the people responsible for your system.

CTO · Architecture and IT↺ back
Jakub Noga
Chief Technology Officer, Architecture and IT (CTO)
Responsible for the foundation your system runs on: architecture, technical standards, infrastructure, network and security (MFA, EDR, email protection). Heads the IT department. Before implementation he prepares the technical part of the proposal and talks to your team about integrations. He also coordinates Meta Ads campaigns.
COO↺ back
Paweł Michta
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Makes sure KONIK Group works as one organisation: proposals and contracts, the team, suppliers, company finances and mrtiq training. As AI coordinator he decides where and on what terms we use AI. As owner of the management system (ZSZ) he sets the procedures the whole team works by. He is the person you agree the scope and terms of cooperation with.
“Automation doesn't replace people. It frees up their potential. We design processes so that technology takes over the repetitive work and leaves people room for what matters most: creativity and strategy.”
Wickman's EOS · Deming's process optimisation · Grant's organisational psychology
CEO↺ back
Rafał Lica
President of the Management Board (CEO)
Sole member of the Management Board (KRS). Represents the company and approves the direction of growth, budgets and resources. Runs the management review and decides on risks above the agreed threshold. Any matter the team cannot close ends up with him.
CTO · Platform and AI↺ back
Olaf Piekielnik
Chief Technology Officer, Platform and AI (CTO)
Builds and maintains the platform you work on: Konik CRM (mail, drive, chat), Konik Cortex (Second Brain), RevOS and the Client Portal. Responsible for AI agents, automations and the voicebot, and for making sure each of them complies with GDPR and the AI Act (EU AI Act).
PMO Director↺ back
Katarzyna Leks
Director of PMO and Compliance Management
Keeps every client project on plan and the company within the law and standards. Runs the project portfolio and customer service; every complaint and satisfaction survey goes to her. As management system representative and data protection coordinator she is responsible for GDPR and ISO compliance and for team training.
Director of Implementation↺ back
Michał Czapliński
Director of Implementation and the PM Team
Responsible for your implementation from day one to sign-off: schedule, resources and acceptance reports. Leads the team of project managers and steps in for them when needed. Coordinates content and campaign production in RevOS and runs mrtiq training.
CISO↺ back
Jakub Drohomirecki
KONIK Group CISO: information security oversight
Independent oversight of information security. Checks that the safeguards in the Konik System systems actually work: security and privileged account reviews, vulnerability scans, reports for the Management Board. He has read-only access and the CTOs implement his recommendations, so the person who checks is not the person who builds.
Project Manager↺ back
Zofia Tarłowska
Project Manager and dedicated client contact
Runs client projects from contract signature to sign-off: schedule, tasks, meetings and acceptance reports. She is your permanent point of contact: she collects requests, runs approvals in the Client Portal, and prepares the monthly report and satisfaction survey. She enforces quality gates and the labelling of AI-generated content. Works in Michał Czapliński's team.
Project Manager↺ back
Cyryl Katkov
Project Manager and dedicated client contact
Runs B2B client projects from contract signature to sign-off: schedule, tasks, meetings and acceptance reports. Makes sure you know what is happening in your project: requests, approvals in the Client Portal, the monthly report and satisfaction survey. He enforces quality gates and the labelling of AI-generated content. Works in Michał Czapliński's team.

Methods we build on

We design for results, then write the code.

RevOS processes draw on the published methods of 93 authors, from Drucker to Cialdini. They are not our collaborators: we rely on their books and research and turn that knowledge into a working system.

12 · System active

Full power.
One system.

Agents, automations and people.
One organism, one dashboard for the board.

Awakening · What the system does for your company

AI in your company that actually does the work.

Over the coming months almost every company will be looking to implement AI. Every program will give them AI chat for free. The advantage goes to whoever turns AI into working processes: under control, in line with Polish law and with people who are accountable for it.

  • AI chat for everyone
Agents that do the work, with approval
  • Yet another tool in the stack
One system where every department works
  • "Where is our data?"
Data in the EU or on your premises, with a trail for every decision
01

Second Brain as the company console

Konik Cortex answers from company knowledge, with the source, and prepares instructions. You see a preview of the change and click "Approve" or "Undo", by voice or by text.

02

Agents where creativity is needed

Strategy, content, quotes, websites, visualisations, replies to clients. 83 AI agents: each one prepares, a person decides.

03

Automations without AI where a rule is enough

Invoices in KSeF, reminders, the daily report, quotes from the price list, backups and checks. 30 scheduled automations: cheaper, predictable and free of AI Act obligations.

04

Your AI connected to your data

Using ChatGPT or Claude? Konik Connect gives them access to the CRM through 21 MCP tools, with permissions and approval. Your data and processes stay with you.

05

Marketing from strategy to campaign

Market diagnosis, strategy, content plan and campaigns with an approval calendar. A person approves every publication: no automated spam and no promises that can't be kept.

06

Compliance with Polish law out of the box

KSeF, GDPR, AI content labelling (Article 50 of the AI Act), a register of AI systems, preparation for KRiBSI inspections. The people responsible for it are named members of the team.

07

People ready for AI

mrtiq training with a certificate and help checking whether you qualify for funding. A dedicated project manager runs the implementation through to the acceptance report.

08

Installation on your premises and local models

For companies whose data cannot leave the office: the system runs on your own hardware, also with a local AI model (e.g. Bielik).

Without AI · with any AI

Konik works on its own, and when you want, it works with any AI model.

Most of the work in Konik is done by automations and rules: invoices in KSeF, quotes from the price list, HR, recruitment, reminders, backups and checks. They run without an AI model, so an outage at an AI provider does not stop them. You add AI where it helps and choose the model yourself. Sensitive data (PESEL national ID numbers, HR records, health data) goes only to a local model, or nowhere at all.

  • Automations and rules without AI: KSeF, quotes from the price list, HR, recruitment, backups
  • Claude across the whole system
  • ChatGPT and Claude with your data through Konik Connect (MCP)
  • Gemini and Grok to choose from in Cortex
  • AI model choice across the whole system
  • Local models (e.g. Bielik) on your server

Questions before you decide.

How are you different from a software house?

We do not sell developer hours. We deliver a ready system, Konik CRM and Konik Cortex (Second Brain), implement it in stages and maintain it on a subscription. Websites and apps built for you are yours once paid for.

Is my data safe?

We install the system on your premises or on a server in the European Union. Every client has a separate environment with access control. Sensitive data is handled only by the local model, and people make the decisions.

How much does an implementation cost?

We start with a Diagnosis (from €552 net (€678.96 gross)). Afterwards you know what to fix first and with which module, and we price the implementation according to the price list. Package prices are in our offer.

How long does an implementation take?

From a few weeks, depending on scope. We implement in stages, so the first processes run before we finish the rest.

Do I need an IT department?

No. We design, implement and maintain the system for you. Your team gets training and working processes.

Will Konik connect to the programs I already use?

Yes. We connect it to your ERP, online shop and other systems the company needs. You do not have to replace everything at once.

Will AI replace my employees?

No. The system takes over repetitive work: retyping data, answering routine questions, reports. People handle clients and decisions.
