Polish and EU legislation monitor
The Journal of Laws, the Polish Official Gazette and EUR-Lex every day, on two servers, with a download log.
Every day Konik Lex checks new legislation in Poland and the EU, shows which of your documents it affects, and keeps track of your contract obligations. It answers questions only with a quote from a source, and without a source it declines to answer. It does not replace a lawyer; it organises the lawyer's work.
Nobody reads the Journal of Laws every day, and contract deadlines live in different people's calendars. We start with four questions from the Diagnosis.
A change in the law comes to light during an inspection or at a client's. Contract obligations are scattered across files and inboxes.
You don't know what you don't know. Your lawyer gets the questions too late, and their time goes on searching, not on decisions.
Every legal obligation of the company should have a source, a date and a person responsible for it.
When laws and obligations change faster than we can track them, I want to have them in one place, each with its source, so that our lawyer spends time on decisions, not on searching.
You are not buying legal advice or compliance in a box. You are buying a register of obligations with sources and a decision trail, and your lawyer and management board still make the decisions.
This is how Konik Lex works. The monitor and the registers run without AI. A language model helps only with questions and draft changes, and only with quotes verified in the database.
Every morning the system downloads new acts from the Journal of Laws and the Polish Official Gazette (the Sejm's ELI API) and from EUR-Lex. Every download is logged.
Each alert shows which units of the act have changed and which of your documents refer to them.
A person approves the alert with its list of units or rejects it with a reason. An approved alert becomes a task in the CRM.
Once an alert is approved, a draft of changes is prepared. The AI suggestion uses only quotes verified in the database, and a person accepts or rejects each item.
Each obligation in the register has a source: the document, the contract clause and a quote. Reminders go as tasks to the person responsible, and nothing can be marked as done without evidence.
The answer is built only from passages of the sources, with the version of the act and its date. When there is no basis, the system replies "I found no basis in the sources" and lets you pass the question to a lawyer.
A matter links acts, alerts, obligations and documents. The lawyer's task goes to a separate project, and a status change needs a reason.
A downloadable document file with versions, evidence and a log. For a Lex client: a gap report with a plan and a standard disclaimer, plus a full data export.
Every Konik Lex screen carries a disclaimer: information with a source and a date is not legal advice, and the user makes the decisions.
Every feature runs in Konik CRM, on the same data as your clients, contracts and tasks. A person makes the decisions.
The Journal of Laws, the Polish Official Gazette and EUR-Lex every day, on two servers, with a download log.
"Provision → document" links: when a provision changes, you can see which documents need checking.
An alert queue, the units changed by each amendment, and links between Polish and EU provisions.
A register with sources, reminders as CRM tasks, completion with evidence; your clients' obligations too.
Document versions, draft changes after an alert, and a file with evidence and export.
A matter links acts, alerts, obligations and documents; a "waiting for client" status; a task for the lawyer.
Company profile → requirements → gaps → a report with a plan and a disclaimer; export of all data.
You ask in your own words; the answer is built only from quotes from the texts of acts in the database, with the version of the act. No source, no answer.
In Konik Lex we do not cite methods from books, because the code does not use any. There are rules that the module enforces, and each has a source.
Answers come only from quotes verified in the sources, with the version of the act and its date. If there is no basis, Lex says so plainly and offers to pass the question to a lawyer.
Alerts, links between provisions, changes to documents and the status of a matter all need a human decision. Rejecting without a reason is blocked.
"Information with a source and a date. This is not legal advice. Decisions and legal review are the user's responsibility."
We download legislation from public, official interfaces: the Sejm's ELI API and the Publications Office of the EU. This stage uses no AI model.
Decisions on alerts, matters and obligations stay in the log with their author and date.
We publish stories of Lex implementations at clients only with a period, a source and the client's consent.
Konik Lex keeps Konik System's own register of obligations: the legislation monitor runs every day on both our servers, and the matrix links 65 legal sources to our documents.
You add Lex to Konik CRM. You start with a Diagnosis, so you know which obligations and documents to enter first.
An interview, a review of your processes and systems, classification of your AI systems under the AI Act (EU AI Act) and a report with recommendations. The full fee counts towards the implementation.

No. Lex gathers laws, obligations and documents with their sources and keeps a decision trail. Legal assessment and decisions stay with your lawyer and management board. Every screen carries a disclaimer that the information is not legal advice.
From public, official sources: the Journal of Laws and the Polish Official Gazette through the Sejm's ELI API, and EU acts from EUR-Lex. The monitor runs every morning and logs every download.
For questions, a language model builds the answer only from passages of the sources, and the quotes are checked against the database. Without a basis in the sources, Lex replies "I found no basis in the sources". The legislation monitor and the registers run without AI.
We do not promise that. Lex shows what has changed, which documents it affects and who has to decide. Your lawyer is responsible for assessing compliance.
Yes. The system has a separate lawyer role with mandatory two-step login. The lawyer sees the matters and tasks assigned to them.
