What the brief asked for. What we delivered.
Each item in the scope, with the elements and automations we put in place. Where there is a recording, you can see how it works.
Brand website in three languages with a map of retail outlets
- Brand website in three languages (PL / EN / DE): collection, workshop, trade fairs
- Stockist map: country, region, city or postcode
- "Become a partner" form and contact form
- Trade fair list split into current and upcoming
Ordering area for jewellers (B2B portal)
- Ordering area for jewellers: login, order list with statuses, search
- New order from the model gallery, with delivery address and notes
- Order status history, cancellation and PDF documents to download
- Wholesale prices shown only after a partner logs in
2 automations: how it works
- Partner order → status
- Trigger
- A jeweller submits an order in the ordering area
- Action
- The order is saved in the brand's system with the status "pending"; the partner sees every status change in the list and in the order details
- Result
- Wholesale orders in one place instead of emails and phone calls
- Cancellation with a status check
- Trigger
- A partner cancels an order
- Action
- The system checks the current status and cancels only orders that have not gone into production
- Result
- Orders already in production cannot be cancelled
Wholesale panel, the jeweller's shop and the brand panel.
Jewellers order wholesale in the panel and run a shop with Eva Stone jewellery under their own brand. The brand team handles it all in the admin panel. Features marked "demo version" are shown on made-up data of a sample company, Jubiler Demo.
- Wholesale catalogue with search by model numberdemo version
- The jeweller types a number, for example 1321, and sees the whole line: ring, earrings and bracelet. Categories, the collection of the year and bestsellers sit right next to it.
- Product card with the description from Comarch
- Material, stone and length come from Comarch in Polish, English and German. For a ring the jeweller picks several sizes in one line and sees the rest of the set.
- Order from a photo of a handwritten listAI-assisted
- The jeweller takes a photo of the order sheet. The panel reads the model numbers and quantities and puts them in the basket for checking.
- Ordering by voicedemo version
- The jeweller taps the microphone and says "four 1321EYA". The panel shows the recognised lines, and one click puts them in the basket.
- Retail price at the counterdemo version
- When the jeweller shows the catalogue to a customer, the panel turns purchase prices into prices with the jeweller's margin or hides them altogether.
- Order with a PDF pro formademo version
- After placing an order the jeweller gets a number and a PDF pro forma invoice. "Order again" puts the same list back in the basket.
- The jeweller's own-brand online shopdemo version
- The jeweller sets the name, logo, colours and showroom details, and the preview changes instantly. The shop has a collection, an about page, contact details, a directions map and terms.
- Retail prices and shop customersdemo version
- The jeweller enters shop prices by hand or calculates them with a multiplier on the purchase price, always with a preview before saving. Below is the list of shop customers, and the settings connect Stripe payments, a courier and the jeweller's own domain.
- Marketing materials to downloaddemo version
- Product photos, catalogues and social media files are sorted into folders. The jeweller downloads them for their own advertising and the shop window.
- Panel guide in three languagesdemo version
- After logging in, tooltips walk the jeweller step by step from company details to the first order. The guide is in Polish, English and German.
- Brand admin panel
- The Eva Stone team has the CRM, the sales rep's calendar, the B2B panel price list, shipping zones and costs, the jewellers' shops and their feedback on the panel in one place. This is also where they edit product descriptions.

From the starting point to the outcome.
- 01Challenge
Bestsellers went out to buyers as PDF files, and customers searched for products by hand. The brand sells wholesale only (German wholesale buyers avoid brands that also sell direct to consumers), so consumer traffic has to be sent on to distributors.
- 02Solution
We built a new platform for the brand: a website in three languages with a map of stockists, an ordering area where a jeweller orders from the model gallery and tracks the status, and a wholesale panel with the catalogue, wholesale prices in euro, a basket, a PDF pro forma invoice and documents. Only a logged-in partner sees wholesale prices. The brand team works in an admin panel with a CRM and the sales rep's calendar, and products, prices and stock come in from Comarch ERP Optima. On top of that came the sales and market entry strategy and campaigns.
- Brand website with a distributor map (PL / EN / DE)
- B2B wholesale panel and partner application form
- Brand admin panel with a CRM and the sales rep's calendar
- Connection to Comarch ERP Optima: products, prices, stock and documents
- Sales and go-to-market strategy, newsletter, posts and ads
- 03Outcome
Distributor service moved from PDFs and emails to an ordering area with status history and documents in one place.

Inside: automations.
We run the brand's campaigns, posts and sales in Konik RevOS and Konik CRM. This is how it looks from the inside, on demo data, with no client data.
