Tech / AI · koniksystem.comKonik System_
The website and system of our own technology division: forms go straight into Konik CRM, invoices are fully integrated with KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System), and Cortex and RevOS run our daily work. We use everything ourselves first, then roll it out to clients.

What was planned. What works.
Each item in the scope, with the elements and automations we put in place. Where there is a recording, you can see how it works.
koniksystem.com website and the Diagnosis page
- The koniksystem.com website (Next.js, React, three.js) on our own server in the EU
- Konik System Diagnosis page with the process, the report and FAQ
- Self-service account deletion and terms of service
Website enquiries straight into Konik CRM
- Forms with a submission source code, spam protection and a record of consent
- Campaign source (UTM, landing page) attached to every submission
- Lead inbox in Konik CRM for KONIK Group websites
4 automations: how it works
- Form → lead in Konik CRM
- Trigger
- A visitor submits a form on the website
- Action
- The server checks the fields and consent, attaches the campaign source and the consent text, and passes the submission to the CRM. If something fails, the visitor is asked to try again
- Result
- The submission reaches the system with its full context
- New lead with an account owner
- Trigger
- The CRM receives a submission from the website
- Action
- Creates a lead with the source, an account owner and a next step due today. The owner gets a reminder
- Result
- The salesperson knows straight away what to do with the new lead
- Repeat submission without a duplicate
- Trigger
- The same email or phone number comes back within 24 hours
- Action
- Adds the contact to the existing lead, fills in empty fields and sends a "Repeat submission" reminder
- Result
- A clean database and a full contact history
- Form data retention
- Trigger
- Once a day
- Action
- After the retention period, deletes the copy of the form and the technical data. Proof of consent is kept
- Result
- GDPR compliance without manual clean-up
Invoices in Konik CRM with full KSeF integration
- Invoicing module in Konik CRM: PDF, email, client link, reminders, full KSeF integration
3 automations: how it works
- Sending invoices to KSeF
- Trigger
- A schedule that runs every few minutes
- Action
- A queue sends approved invoices to KSeF, saves the KSeF number and downloads the official receipt (UPO). Rejected invoices are flagged for correction
- Result
- Invoices reach KSeF without anyone logging in by hand
- CRM ↔ KSeF consistency check
- Trigger
- Every morning
- Action
- Compares invoices in the CRM with the data in KSeF and reports every mismatch to the person on duty
- Result
- Any discrepancy shows up the same day
- Payment reminders
- Trigger
- Working days at noon
- Action
- Sends clients reminders before and after the due date, skips public holidays and sends each reminder no more than once
- Result
- Fewer overdue payments without manual chasing
From the starting point to the outcome.
- 02Solution
We built koniksystem.com with a 3D animation and a subpage for each system. Every form creates a lead in Konik CRM with an account owner, the campaign source and a record of consent, and a repeat submission does not create a duplicate. We issue invoices in Konik CRM with full KSeF integration, a daily consistency check and payment reminders. We run the company on Konik Cortex and Konik RevOS.
- Website: Next.js, React, three.js, with a 3D animation and system subpages
- Our own server in the EU (nginx), with no dependence on external website hosting
- Konik CRM and Konik Cortex in the team's daily work
- Konik RevOS: audits and content production
- Konik System Diagnosis as the client's first step
- 03Outcome

Inside: automations.
The systems we sell run in our own company first. This is what they look like inside, on demo data.
01 · Loop A campaign from brief to result
Brief → ad copy → creative → channels → measurement. AI proposes, a person approves every stage. Ad channels are created paused until someone checks them.
Konik RevOS · demo mode, fictitious brand
02 · Loop Enquiry → pricing → PDF quote
The engine reads the enquiry, calculates three options from the price list and assembles a PDF quote. In the demo measurement it took less than a second from enquiry to finished PDF.
Auto-Quoting · demo quotes from 13.10.2026
03 · Loop From website form straight into the CRM
A form submission lands on the lead list with its source and status. The filter shows who is waiting for contact and who is already in conversation.
White-label panel · test submissions
This is a KONIK Group project. We show it because it is where we test the systems we implement for clients.
