A referral is your reputation.
When you recommend a supplier, you vouch for them with your own name. That is why referral attribution, the rate and the payout date are in the agreement, and you can follow every referral yourself.
You pass on a contact and have no idea whether anyone got in touch or where the conversation stands.
You don't know what amount the commission is based on or when you will receive it.
The link attributes the referral, and we calculate commission on the money the client has actually paid.

You don't sell on our behalf and you don't pass anyone's details to us. You send a link, and the person you refer decides whether to leave their contact details.

Agreement and link
HumanWe sign the partner agreement. You get a partner code, a koniksystem.com/start?p=… link and a QR code to download.
You share the link
HumanIn a conversation, a message to someone you know, at an event or in a post. You label public posts as a partner link.
The referred person leaves their email
HumanThey open the link and leave their email address and consent to be contacted. You don't fill in forms for anyone and you don't send us contact lists.
Conversation, quote, implementation
HumanOur team handles them. In the dashboard you see the stage: sign-up, conversation, quote, client. The referred company has 6 months from sign-up to sign an agreement.
Monthly commission
HumanWe calculate it on the net amounts the client has paid. You receive a report by the 10th of each month, and the payout arrives within 14 days of your invoice or your confirmation of the payment statement.
The signed partner agreement is binding.

You log in to Konik CRM, but you only see your own dashboard: no data on other partners, our team or clients outside your referrals.

Two versions of the agreement.
The referral rules and rates are the same. Only the way you are paid differs.

Company or organisation
You run a business, a foundation or a company. You issue an invoice for the amount in the report, with VAT if you are VAT-registered.
- B
Private individual
No registered business. We prepare the payment statement and you confirm it by email. We pay the amount after deducting income tax and social contributions where due.

How settlement works.
Everything below comes from the partner agreement. The 10% rate applies regardless of any discount for the client: a discount only lowers the basis.
- Implementation
- 10% of the net amount the client paid for implementation, including a paid Diagnosis.
- Monthly fee
- 10% of the net fees paid for the first 12 months of monthly fees, counting from the month it starts.
- When commission becomes due
- Once the client has paid. If the client pays in part, commission is due on the part paid.
- What is excluded
- VAT, external costs passed on to the client (licences, advertising budgets, hardware), interest and penalties, and amounts refunded or corrected by a credit note.
- Referral attribution
- A referral counts when the person signed up through your link, was not already a client or another partner's referral, and signs an agreement within 6 months of signing up.
- Payout
- Once a month. Report by the 10th, objections within 7 days, payout within 14 days of your invoice or your confirmation of the payment statement.
- Term
- The agreement is open-ended and non-exclusive, with one month's notice.
Questions before you sign.
10% of the net amount the client paid for implementation and 10% of the monthly fees for the first 12 months. The rate does not depend on any discount for the client.
On the net amounts the client has actually paid. We don't calculate it on VAT, licences, advertising budgets or other external costs.

Yes. Version B of the agreement is for private individuals: we prepare the payment statement and deduct income tax and social contributions from the amount where due.
Prices are shown net and gross (23% VAT). Not an offer (Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code). Only an individual offer or agreement is binding.
