Invoicing fully integrated with KSeF: sending from a queue, error handling and retries, VAT and JPK (Polish SAF-T).

Konik Tax issues invoices and sends them to KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system, by itself. It fetches purchase invoices so nobody retypes them. It keeps track of receivables, sends reminders and runs collections step by step. Next to that you have stock levels, a plan of income and spending, and reports that show where the company stands at the moment you look.
The answers sit in several programs and at the accounting firm, and you only see the full picture after the month is closed. We start with four questions that we also ask in the Diagnosis.
Sales invoices live in one program, someone retypes purchase invoices by hand, and receivables are tracked in a spreadsheet. The accounting firm gets data in several formats.
You don't know from day to day who is late paying or how much money will come in next month. You keep the KSeF certificate expiry date in your head.
Invoices, receivables, stock and plans are in one system. Management sees the figures as they are at the moment they look.
When invoices, receivables and stock are kept in separate programs, I want to have company finances in one system connected to KSeF, so that I can see where the company stands at any time and nobody retypes data.
Konik Tax does not replace your accounting firm. Your accountants get an export from it, and you see the company's finances every day.
This is how Konik Tax works. The system handles KSeF, deadlines and stock levels, and people make the decisions.
You issue the invoice in the CRM, on the client record. It is built in the FA(3) structure that KSeF accepts.
The system sends the invoice to KSeF from a queue. If KSeF returns an error or does not respond, the system handles the error and retries. Every submission gets a confirmation.
The system fetches purchase invoices from KSeF and reconciles them, so nobody retypes them.
The system watches due dates, sends reminders and runs collections in stages.
Goods in and goods out update stock levels straight away.
The budget, cash flow forecast and management reports show the position as it is right now. Your accounting firm gets an export.
The system sends an alert before the KSeF certificate expires.
Only the people you name have access to the finances. Every submission to KSeF has a confirmation and an entry in the log.
Konik Tax runs inside Konik CRM, on the same data as your clients, quotes and tasks.
