Product and service catalogue
Prices, variants and photos in one place that every salesperson uses.

Your salesperson picks items from the catalogue or builds the product in a configurator: dimensions, materials, variants. Konik AutoOffer prices it from your price list rules, applies discounts by company policy and shows what the product will look like. Then it creates a PDF or DOCX quote and saves it to the client record in Konik CRM.
The quote is typed in Word, the price comes from a spreadsheet and the discount lives in the salesperson's head. We start with four questions that we also ask in the Diagnosis.
Every salesperson calculates differently. Quotes look different, and half of them use an old price list. The client asks what it will look like and waits for a drawing.
You don't know how many quotes went out this month or at what discount. Some are forgotten, so nobody follows up with the client.
Prices follow company rules. The client sees the product before buying it. Every quote has an author, a date and an amount in one register.
When a client asks for the price of a product we need to calculate and show, I want to send an accurate quote with a visual the same day, so that the client hears from us first and the price matches company policy.
You are not buying another document template. You are buying a quoting process where the price list, discounts, product visuals and quote history sit in one place.
This is how Konik AutoOffer works. The system calculates prices from rules your company sets. A person approves discounts outside those rules and sends the quote.
Your company enters products and services with prices, variants and photos, plus discount rules. Change the price list in one place and every new quote uses it straight away.
The salesperson picks catalogue items or builds the product step by step in a configurator: dimensions, materials, variants. You can also open the configurator to clients.
The system calculates the price from your price list rules and applies discounts by company policy. Nobody types a discount in by hand.
The quote includes a visual of what the client is buying, in 3D where it helps. The client sees the product in the chosen size and materials.
If a salesperson wants to go beyond policy, the request goes to someone with authority. Without their approval, a quote with that discount does not go out.
The system creates the quote as a PDF or DOCX in your company's branding, with pricing and the product visual.
The quote is saved to the client record in Konik CRM: who prepared it, for whom, when and at what price.
When the client goes quiet, the salesperson gets a reminder to pick the conversation back up.
Discounts outside the rules need approval from someone with authority, and every quote sent stays in the register.
Everything runs in Konik CRM, on the same data as your clients, tasks, email and documents.
