- A company submits the "Check your EU budget" form
- Action
- The server validates the data and NIP, attaches the source and consents, passes the lead to the CRM and confirms only once it has been accepted
- Result
- The team sees the lead with complete data straight away
- Funding round sign-up → document pack
- Trigger
- A participant signs up for a funding round
- Action
- Sends a welcome email with instructions and the full set of documents for the application, notifies the team and creates a lead in the CRM

- The participant has everything for the application straight away

- The application with the chosen role goes into the CRM as a separate type

- 02Solution
We built mrtiq.pl with the AI training offer and a path to funding. The "Check your EU budget" form validates the tax ID (NIP) and creates a lead in Konik CRM straight away, and signing up for a funding round sends the participant the full set of documents for the application. Radar Dotacji filters funding rounds on its own, and an employer can check a trainer's certificate in a public register.
