    We built voice control into Konik CRM: a command of up to 15 seconds, recognised on the Konik System server, turns into a preview of the change, which a person approves with a button.

    • Tasks and reminders by voice: add, close, move, hand over
    • Meetings: scheduling and read-out ("what meetings do I have tomorrow")
    • Email or message draft by voice. A person sends it with a button
    • Clients and leads: note, task, new lead with a preview of the fields
    • Approving posts in the calendar and in the Client Portal

    You manage tasks, meetings, leads and email drafts by voice in Konik CRM. Every change to data waits for "Approve".

Safeguards in production
  • Speech is recognised on the Konik System server, and the recording is not stored
  • Data changes only after a preview and "Approve". A "never by voice" list is refused
  • Message content is never treated as a command
  • Undo (5 min), Stop and Repeat
  • A log of every command and result, without message content
