Tech / AIKonik Tax_
KONIK Group's own project: an invoice issued on the client record in the CRM goes to KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System), and the system tracks the status, errors and retries.

From the starting point to the outcome.
- 01Challenge
Invoices, applications and filings lived in separate programs, and the accounting firm received data in several formats. Someone had to check whether each invoice had reached KSeF.
- 02Solution
We built Konik Tax: the invoice is created in the CRM in the FA(3) structure, and the system sends it to KSeF from a queue and handles errors and retries.
- Invoice in the CRM, on the client record, in the FA(3) structure
- Sending to KSeF from a queue
- KSeF error or no response → error handling and a retry
- Status on every invoice and the KSeF number once accepted
- 03Outcome
Konik Tax sends invoices from the CRM to KSeF and handles errors and retries. Before implementation, we show the client a demo.
Invoices from the CRM go to KSeF from a queue, with handling of errors and retries and a KSeF number on every invoice.
