From the starting point to the outcome.
- 01Challenge
When someone is off sick or leaves, their knowledge of clients goes with them. Company knowledge should belong to the company: in one place, with access by role.
- 02Solution
We built Konik Cortex: conversations, a task queue and memory on Konik CRM data, with a log of every AI call and a kill switch for the administrator.

- 03Outcome
Cortex runs in production at our company: Workspace, AI log, kill switch, microphone input with transcription on the server and Second Brain with company knowledge.
An AI assistant on company data: it answers from CRM data with the permissions of the person asking and records every call in the AI log.
- AI sees as much as the person asking. Access to leads is checked again on the server
- AI log of every call, without the conversation content. An AI task will not run unless it is recorded in the log
- Kill switch: the administrator pauses Cortex with a single toggle
- A CRM command runs only after a preview and "Approve", with an "Undo" option
Client zero: each system runs inside the KONIK Group first, and only then at clients.
