Enquiry, site visit, work stages and sign-off reports as tasks and documents in the client record, with a deadline and a named owner.
Fit-out companies and interior showroomsEstimates from the price list, not from memory._
The client changes the tiles, a subcontractor raises the rate, and the estimate lives in three files. Konik System keeps enquiries, quotes, crew tasks and documents in one system. The quote comes from the rules of your price list, and you approve any discount above the threshold.
Fit-out firms lose money on changes. Showrooms lose it on price lists. Both lose it on the phone.
The same core in two set-ups: one for a company with several crews and one for a showroom with many suppliers. We start with four questions from the Diagnosis.
Nobody records the client's changes with a price and a date, supplier price lists sit in PDFs, and the crew schedule lives in the site manager's head.
At settlement the argument about who approved what comes back, and you usually cover the difference.
One current version of the quote, and every change priced before the crew starts on it.
- SituationWho prepares estimates today, and where do the material and subcontractor prices come from?
- ProblemHow do you record a change the client orders mid-job, and who approves it?
- ImpactHow much did you lose on jobs last year because a change never made it into the final bill?
- NeedWhat would change if every quote and every change came from one price list in one system?
When client changes and subcontractor prices pull the estimate apart, I want one source for every version, so that I stop losing money on jobs.
You are not buying estimating software. You are buying order: one current quote, changes with a price and an approval, crew tasks with deadlines.
Fit-out or showroom. The same core, a different bottleneck.
Tell us who you are and we will show what we sort out first and which module handles it. Your choice also changes the questions in the Diagnosis form.
You price from the price list. Changes have a price. Crews have deadlines.
For a fit-out company: enquiries, estimates, changes and crews in one place.
- The client wanted a price for the flat yesterday. You work on the estimate in the evenings, and meanwhile they get three others.
- Changes mid-job (different tiles, extra sockets) get done, but nobody records who approved them or what they cost. The argument comes back at settlement.
- Crews, the electrician, the plumber and material deliveries all live in the site manager's head. One delay and the whole week falls apart.
- The client calls every day to ask what stage you are at.
The estimate is a quote built from the rules of your price list. A change in scope is a new quote from the same rules, for the client to approve before the crew does the work.
A visualisation of the bathroom or kitchen for approval before materials are bought.
Stage and final invoices through KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System), with 1 tax ID (NIP) included in the package.
Suppliers in one catalogue. Showroom and online shop in one CRM.
For a multi-brand showroom: price lists, quotes and clients in one place.
- Dozens of suppliers, price lists in PDFs, and an online shop that has been out of date since the last price rise.
- Pricing "doors with fitting" or "flooring with skirting" takes calls to three people.
- Clients browse in your showroom, buy from a competitor online, and you never know who came back.
- Architects bring in clients, but specifications go by email and commissions are tracked in Excel.
Quotes from the supplier catalogue: variants and discounts only from price-list rules, with no manual exceptions.
Showroom clients in the CRM with the history of conversations and quotes; the follow-up after a visit becomes a task with a deadline for the salesperson.
Supplier data sheets and price lists become company knowledge: the salesperson asks Cortex instead of calling three people.
Website and online shop from the generator, hosted in the EU region, with an accessibility check.
The chatbot answers from your offer and passes the enquiry to the CRM; the price is confirmed after measuring. It introduces itself as AI.

- Response time to an enquiry
From the moment an enquiry arrives to the first reply from a person or the system. Measured in the CRM from day one.
- Share of enquiries that get a quote
How many enquiries end with a quote sent and how many get lost on the way, broken down by source.
- Time to prepare a quote
From complete data to a quote sent. We measure the starting point in the Diagnosis, before we change anything.
From enquiry to handover. At every step you know who does it.
A flow built from Konik System modules. The system calculates from your rules and keeps the order, and a person approves the price, each change and the handover.
Enquiry
SystemThe web form, email and chatbot save the enquiry in the CRM with the floor area, scope and photos.
Site visit
HumanYou book the site visit as a task with a deadline; what you agree goes into the client record.
Estimate from the rules
SystemAuto-Quoting builds the quote from your price list. When data is missing, it comes back with a question or goes to a salesperson.
Discount and sending
HumanA manager approves any discount above the threshold. A person sends the quote.
Visualisation
HumanWe prepare the 3D visualisation in 3D Studio and send it to the client for approval before materials are bought.
Change mid-job
HumanA change in scope is a new quote from the same rules. The crew gets the task only after the client approves it.
Stages and handover
HumanWork stages as tasks with deadlines in the CRM calendar; the handover report sits in the client's documents.
Invoice
SystemStage invoices and the final invoice through KSeF, with error handling and retries.
A person approves the price, any discount above the threshold and every change in scope. The system prepares the documents and keeps the order.
The modules you work in.
Every module runs in the same CRM, on the same data. We set the scope after the Diagnosis.
Konik CRM
Clients, tasks with deadlines and notifications, synced email, calendar, video calls with the client's context, documents and contracts. Import clients and tasks from a spreadsheet.
Auto-Quoting
A PDF quote built from the rules of your price list. Discounts and variants come only from the rules. A discount above the threshold goes to a manager for approval, and an enquiry with incomplete data goes back with a question or to a salesperson.
3D Studio
3D product models and visualisations in the RevOS panel, for quotes, your website and your catalogue.
Konik Tax
Company finance fully integrated with KSeF: sending and receiving invoices, error handling and retries, receivables and reminders. Every package includes 1 tax ID (NIP).
Konik Cortex: company knowledge
An AI assistant that works on your company documents: conversations and memory in Workspace, a log of every AI call, and a single button to pause it. Answers point to their source.
Websites and online shops
WordPress websites, WooCommerce shops and Laravel apps from the generator, with a preview before publishing, hosted in the EU region, with an accessibility check.
Leads with their source
Enquiries and partners saved with the channel they came from, so the CRM shows where each client came from.
The methods work in the Diagnosis, not in the CRM.
The code of the CRM, Auto-Quoting, Tax, HR, Recru and Lex does not reference any methods, so we do not claim any here. The methods are written into the sales, marketing and go-to-market strategy (the RevOS module), which the implementation plan is built from.
In the implementation plan every task has one owner, goals are set per quarter, and progress is visible every week.

The authors listed do not work with us and do not endorse our services. We rely on their published work. The methods are written into our processes and agent instructions, and we name the authors so you can check the source.
Our team's case studies in interiors and furniture.
Projects we have run for clients in this industry. We give figures only with the period and the source.
Auto-Quoting is in use at client companies: quotes are built from price-list rules, with no discounts typed in by hand.
Prices straight from the price list. No asterisks, no crossed-out prices.
You start with a Diagnosis. After it you know which package and which modules make sense. You pay for implementation once, and a monthly fee covers maintenance and support.
Konik System Diagnosis
An interview, a review of your processes and systems, classification of AI systems under the AI Act (EU AI Act) and a report with a recommendation. The full fee counts towards implementation.

Yes. The quote comes only from the price-list rules we set up with you during implementation: rates, materials, variants. A manager approves any discount above the threshold.
Clients and quotes are in one CRM. We either build the shop in the RevOS generator or keep your existing one; we agree the scope and integrations in the Diagnosis.
Yes. The chatbot and voicebot introduce themselves as an AI system at the start of every conversation (Article 50 of the AI Act) and hand difficult matters to a person. You set what they answer, based on your offer and your rules.

No. We do not guarantee business results. We measure response time to enquiries, the share of enquiries that get a quote and the time it takes to prepare a quote, starting from the baseline in the Diagnosis. These measures show whether things are moving in the right direction. They are not a promise of results.
It depends on the scope and the number of seats. After the Diagnosis we record the scope and go-live dates in the Implementation Card. We do not give rough guesses.
The Konik CRM and Konik Cortex licence is perpetual once the implementation is paid. The monthly fee has no minimum term, and after you cancel you have 30 days to export your data.
